These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases from Sarcastic Shirt LLC (“Sarcastic Shirt,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the site for illegal purposes.

2) Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, production limitations, pricing errors, or other issues.

Made-to-order production: Our products are printed on demand through third-party production partners. Once an order enters production, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. See Cancellations & Order Changes.

3) Product Information and Variations

We work to display products accurately. However:

• Colors may vary by screen/device.
• Print-on-demand items may have minor variations in print placement and color.
• These variations are not considered defects.

4) Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. If an error affects your order, we may cancel and issue a refund, or contact you to discuss options.

5) Payment

Third parties, including Stripe and PayPal, process payments. We do not store full payment card details.

6) Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. We will address legitimate issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. See Refund & Return Policy and Damaged/Wrong Item Claims.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content (designs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photos, and text) is owned by Sarcastic Shirt LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce our content without written permission.

9) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

If you submit reviews or content (including photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share it for website and marketing purposes. Do not submit content you do not have the rights to share.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties except where prohibited by law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarcastic Shirt LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sarcastic Shirt LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
