How to File a Claim
Email info@sarcasticshirtllc.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (close-up + full item)
- A photo of the shipping label/packaging
Resolution
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible
