Sarcastic Shirt LLC items are printed on demand through third-party production partners and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time (Production)

Most orders are produced in approximately 2–5 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time (Estimated)

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Typical estimates:

• United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production
• International: approximately 7–21 business days after production (varies widely by country and customs)

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or shown on product pages if flat-rate shipping is used).

Tracking

When available, tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply. Sarcastic Shirt LLC and its partners are not liable for any packages that don’t arrive due to an inaccurate or incomplete address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also delay delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package:

1. Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery area
2. Contact the carrier
