Refund & Return Policy

Sarcastic Shirt LLC products are made to order through third-party production partners. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

What We Will Replace or Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item due to our error (meaning the item you received does not match what you ordered, such as the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong design). Ordering the wrong size or item is not considered our error.

Reporting a Problem

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sarcasticshirtllc.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue (close-up + full item)
• A photo of the shipping label/packaging

What Is Not Considered a Defect

• Slight color differences due to screen settings or print processes
• Minor variations in print placement
• Ordering the wrong size (please review our sizing information before purchase)

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
