Email info@sarcasticshirtllc.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (close-up + full item)
  • A photo of the shipping label/packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible
